Why we use high-end video production equipment (approved by Netflix and BBC)
In the fast-paced environment of corporate video production, keeping up with technology trends is crucial for meeting high standards. Its pretty impressive with how technology has developed in recent years and particularly video quality has really accelerated. When starting in 2012, logging footage on mini-DV tapes was still a thing, HD was new and drones didn't even exist! So making sure we are on top of trends, using high-end equipment and software is a must.
This is why we use high-end equipment and video cameras that are on the approved list for creating shows for Netflix and BBC. This approved list sets a certain standard and means are clients get the same dedication and care with their videos, as if it was their own film or TV show. The cameras we use mean we can be adaptable to different uses, whether its a corporate video, recording a time-lapse for an event or filming in super slow motion (useful for high paced sports or nature).
What sets the equipment apart though is the consistence and reliability. A tool that gets used multiple times a week also needs to be looked after, with regular cleaning to prevent dust build up and images looking sharp. This dedication and care with equipment is the same how we treat every video project, giving it all the attention it deserves to highlight that business in the best light.
